My wife and I were concerned with a smell coming from the bathroom sink and wouldn't drain properly, this has been going on for a about a week and whe I got home she said can we call a plumber. I said absolutely let's call apex pros. I called in a they said we can get someone out tonight, I said amazing thanks so much. Shawn came out and addressed the issues in 2 sinks and fixed the problem right away. We no longer have a smell and the drains are flowing properly. I signed up for a membership and have some electric issues and was told they would be out next day. Thanks again Shawn for everything.

John Was really professional was extremely thorough of what he was doing and what he needed to do did a great job cleaned up after himself and did the job by himself without the camera he needed from Todd !! I would recommend John But I wouldn’t recommend Todd

Blake did an outstanding job of explaining all the details of what needed to be repaired and Presented me with four different options. Blake was very knowledgeable and once the repairs began, he had things back in working order in no time I didn’t place my call until after 6 PM. I wasn’t expecting anybody for a couple of days by 7:30 that night Blake was on the job. I appreciated his professionalism And felt reassured by his knowledge of the issues. Did a good job troubleshooting our furnace when it went out. Team gave us multiple options to replace 20 yr old furnace. Blaine was a great installer and took care of things during install to ensure all of our questions got answered. He went above and beyond ensuring we had a solution to a problem that came up regarding estimate and our agreement with the sales team. Highly recommended!

I noticed my furnace was not blowing out hot air and I had to schedule a last minute appointment to get my furnace checked. I called and booked an appointment late in the afternoon and they were able to come that same night to check my furnace. The communication from the Apex team was great and the service tech Randal Spence did a great job of explaining the issue, talking about options I could take for my issue. He was very efficient and did his job really quickly. He set me up for an appointment with Nick Pendleton to talk about purchase options for my furnace and Nick was very informative and helpful as well. Joshua Harris and his partner came to complete the job of my new furnace within 2 days and they did a great job as well. I was really happy with the service and everyone made this process go really smoothly and quickly.

Eric was very considerate and understood how important it was for us to have the hot water tank installed as soon as possible. He offered to install that night. We are so thankful and appreciative of Eric and his thoughtfulness.

Apex Pros was wonderful. They did a thorough job of looking over my mother’s furnace and heat pump. They explained what needed service and respected our wishes of what work they could do. The techs were professional and very respectful. Thank you for a great job!

I had a great experience with Apex and service pro, Hunter. They were able to get someone out to my house within an hour. Hunter and his co-worker were professional and easy to deal with.

We needed help cutting pipes to install a water softener and called Apex … they were able to come the next day and Jason was great. Professional, friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. He was in and out in no time and he also took the time to give us detailed estimates and options for coats of installing a new water heater.
